Easy Smoked Queso Dip Recipe
Get step by step instructions on how to make Easy Smoked Queso Dip on the smoker or on the grill.
- 2 lb Queso Blanco Velveeta, cubed
- 2 lbs hot sausage, browned
- 8 oz bag shredded Mexican Cheese
- 2 10 oz cans Rotel
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup milk or beer
- optional: jalapenos and onions
Preheat your grill or smoker to 250 degrees.
In a skillet, brown your sausage until fully cooked.
Cube Velveeta cheese.
Place all ingredients into an aluminum pan and place onto grill for 45 minutes to one hour until melted.
Serve with chips!
