Know what the best dip on the planet is? Well my opinion of course! Why that would be Smoked buffalo Chicken Dip!! This dip is great for when you have friends over for the Football game or just wanting a snack. I could eat this at any occasion day or night. Basketball game, Football game, Baseball game, BBQ party, Alone, with friends, the list goes on and on. I have had Buffalo Chicken dip before and trust me I love it but when I decided to smoke this I couldn’t believe the taste. My family loved it, my friends loved it, my neighbors loved it. You wouldn’t believe what the smoke taste will do to your taste buds. Mine literally exploded with joy the second that smoky goodness hit my mouth. I am convinced that once you try the smoked version you will forget about any other version. Let’s jump into this Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe…

Easy Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip

To make this recipe, follow the full recipe below. We cooked our dip in a cast iron skillet over our Camp Chef Smoker. Give yourself about an hour of smoke time to get a nice melty dip with just the right amount of smokey flavor.

Combine together your Ranch (or blue cheese dressing, if desired), Red Hot, Cheddar Cheese, Cream Cheese, and Canned or pulled rotisserie chicken in your cast iron skillet. If you don’t own a cast iron skillet, you could substitute a disposable foil pan or baked dish if desired.

Combine all the ingredients thoroughly before placing on the grill. I like to leave my cream cheese out to room temperature before making this so it’s easier to mix together.
